iWebSta offers three plans: Basic at $69 CAD/month, Professional at $99 CAD/month, and Premium at $149 CAD/month. Each plan includes website design, hosting, email accounts, and a domain at no extra cost as long as you maintain your plan with us. Prices may vary from time to time, so please check our Plans & Pricing page for the most current information.
03. Can I download my website?
No, iWebSta offers fully managed web services, meaning we take care of hosting and maintenance. You cannot download the files for your website.

Yes, all iWebSta plans come with fully managed hosting, ensuring your website remains available and secure at all times.
05. How does the free domain offer work?
We provide a free domain with our plans at no extra cost for as long as you maintain your subscription with us. If you wish to keep your domain after canceling our services, please contact us. For more details, refer to our Terms and Conditions.
06. Can I use my own domain?
If you want to use your own domain with iWebsta, you must Contact Us before signing up. We need to understand your domain situation before we can assist in setting it up with your new website. Depending on the complexity and specific circumstances, there may be an additional domain setup fee, or in some cases, we may not be able to support the use of your own domain. Please reach out to us first through our Contact Form or email us at info@iwebsta.com, and we'll guide you through the process.
07. Do you provide email accounts?
Yes, each plan includes professional email accounts. The number of email accounts and the storage size of each account depends on the chosen plan, with additional accounts available for purchase if needed.

Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer trials or demos. However, you can contact us for more information about our services.
09. Can I access the website to edit it myself?
Only Professional and Premium plan users can access the website dashboard to make edits. Basic plan users do not have this access.

We provide monthly service hours based on your plan to help you update your website. Professional and Premium users can also edit the website themselves using the dashboard.

Currently, we offer monthly plans. Semi-annual and annual plans will be available soon.

Yes, there is a setup fee equal to one month's payment of your chosen plan. However, we periodically offer promotions with free setup using special coupon codes.
06. Can I accept payments through my website?
We currently do not offer e-commerce website services.

Add-on services purchased with the initial plan follow the same billing cycle. If added later, they will be billed according to the chosen term. Some add-ons require a one-time payment only.

Our prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Currently, we support payments in CAD. In the future, we may support additional currencies.
09. What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds if requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided no design work has started. Once design work begins, we are unable to offer refunds. Refunds will terminate your website plan and associated services.
10. Do I need to renew my plan manually?
No, our plans renew automatically. Recurring payments will be charged to your linked payment method as per the selected term (e.g., monthly).
11. Do I have to pay taxes?
Applicable taxes depend on your location. Canadian customers will be charged GST/HST, while international customers may be subject to local taxes based on their country’s regulations.
12. How do I cancel the service?
You can cancel your service through your account dashboard on our website. Once canceled, your billing will stop at the end of the current term, and you won’t be billed again.
